PAPERBARK MOVIES

Informing and entertaining.

Our objective with Paperbark Movies is to bring people together for a shared experience, whether that is to learn about something new or simply for enjoyment. Some of the movies are consciously chosen to inspire and raise awareness of themes and issues that we feel are relevant and timely for our community. Others are picked as feel-good movies, with the aim of encouraging community members to gather, relax and have fun together.

The informative movies we show are followed by a panel discussion with local leaders in the field of the movie’s topic, who all volunteer their time.

Another important purpose of Paperbark Movies is to raise funds for the PWP’s other programs.
